BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management will take you through the aspects of leadership and management from start to finish. Based upon the structure of the Leadership & Management Body of Knowledge (LMBOK), you will learn the key skills required to lead small teams across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Through the Certificate IV, you will develop your skills in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring your own workload and the workload of others. Additionally, you will develop communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational and/or enterprise requirements.
Upon successful completion of the 12 units, participants will be awarded the nationally recognised BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
