Project Quality Management Plan

The quality management plan is a simple document which aims to provide an objective definition for deliverable in the project.  Any item which could be open to interpretation should be included.  The quality criteria should be used to clearly define exactly what  will be delivered and should be specific.  Where possible link to standards and other reference documents.
