Project Charter Template
The Project Charter is used at the commencement of a project to create mutual understanding between parties. It can also provide a platform for scope definition and the concise communication of the project’s main features.
The Project Charter can be used as an agreement or contract for smaller projects and as such often contains a signature panel for the offer and acceptance on behalf of the client and project organisation.
