Project Communication Plan

The communications plan is used as a mechanism to consult, drive and keep a track of the key issues to be communicated.  This document aims to foster a proactive approach through the early identification of key topics and issues which will need to be communicated, the identification of required stakeholders, the assignment of effective mediums as well as the allocation of a responsible personnel to put the plan into action.
