Meet the Team


Nic is an experienced Project Manager and Director working across industries such as construction, mining, oil and gas, education as well as the business environment. Nic has held a number of key public and private sector roles in which he has achieved great success. Nic has completed his Masters In Project Management and working through the completion of his PhD in the field. Nic has also lectured University in Project Management and Commerce. Nic joined Scope in 2010 and primarily provides consultancy and training in Project Management.


Jason is highly experienced in leadership and management having worked at senior level management roles across numerous industries such as financial services, oil and gas, retail, tourism, hospitality, civil contracting and vocational education. Jason holds qualifications in Project & Program Management, Human Resources, Leadership and Business Management, Training & Assessment and Risk Management. Jason is the Lead Training Consultant and Program Manager for a number of successful ongoing accredited Leadership Programs at Certificate IV and Diploma levels for Scope’s public and private sector corporate clients. He also conducts Scope’s Perth and Melbourne based public workshops for Project Management training.


Jess leads the Scope team as our General Manager. She is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering health and safety training across industry and working closely with our clients as an OHS consultant on a number of key projects. She is passionate about leading our team in developing and implementing innovative, engaging and flexible training for all students.



Jacinta graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Education - teaching Business, Humanities and English to Perth High School students. In 2016, Jacinta moved into the RTO world developing online Business and IT courses for VET in Schools students.  In 2018, Jacinta joined Scope Training and began developing resources for Procurement and Contracting and Project Management. She now works extensively in online learning development as well as training and assessment. Jacinta has Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Project Management and her Diploma of Business. In her spare time you can find her wrangling her two young children or her dog, Charlie.

Nathan is a passionate leadership, management, small business and productivity trainer. In 2018 he qualified as a Certified High Performance Coach and has coached executives and senior business leaders all over the world. He is passionate about training and seeing people reach their potential. Prior to becoming a coach and trainer, Nathan was a commercial photographer and photographed celebrities including Julie Andrews and Heston Blumenthal! Nathan has a passion for wine and is an environmental junkie who is closely following the electric car revolution.

Ross is a tertiary qualified and certified project and program manager, business systems analyst and project management educator specialising in PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile methods, business systems and processes, quality practice and change management, with extensive experience delivering a broad range of projects and initiatives in the mining, higher education, health care and not-for-profit sectors.


Glenn has almost 30 years strategic corporate business management experience gained over a broad range of industries and organisational models, in both the private and Government sectors. Glenn holds recognised qualifications and possesses a wealth of hands-on experience in: Corporate Accounting; Strategic Business Management; Project Management and PMO; Change Management; Leadership; System and Process Design; and Financial Modelling and Analysis. He is a strong team builder and facilitator with proven leadership, management and mentoring experience. His passion, professionally, is to help people and organisations realise their true potential. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys all things motor sport and martial arts and is also a frustrated guitarist (the main frustration being…he’s not very good).

Linda is a procurement professional with over 27 years experience in the WA public service, who has a sound understanding of the legislation and standards applicable to the government sector. She has held operational roles, training roles, and senior procurement and contract management positions within government agencies. She has considerable hands on experience in government procurement and contract management, with sound understanding of government requirements relevant to the proactive oversight and management to ensure effective performance and compliance. Linda commenced her career as a secondary teacher, and has continued to maintain a strong interest in the development and delivery of training initiatives and professional development in the workplace. She enjoys taking a proactive role in the development of training resources and delivery of training to staff, in order to drive operational change and business improvement in the workplace.
