Meet the Team


Linda is a procurement professional with over 27 years experience in the WA public service, who has a sound understanding of the legislation and standards applicable to the government sector. She has held operational roles, training roles, and senior procurement and contract management positions within government agencies. She has considerable hands on experience in government procurement and contract management, with sound understanding of government requirements relevant to the proactive oversight and management to ensure effective performance and compliance. Linda commenced her career as a secondary teacher, and has continued to maintain a strong interest in the development and delivery of training initiatives and professional development in the workplace. She enjoys taking a proactive role in the development of training resources and delivery of training to staff, in order to drive operational change and business improvement in the workplace.

Nic is an experienced Project Manager and Director working across industries such as construction, mining, oil and gas, education as well as the business environment. Nic has held a number of key public and private sector roles in which he has achieved great success. Nic has completed his Masters In Project Management and working through the completion of his PhD in the field. Nic has also lectured University in Project Management and Commerce. Nic joined Scope in 2010 and primarily provides consultancy and training in Project Management.


Jason is highly experienced in leadership and management having worked at senior level management roles across numerous industries such as financial services, oil and gas, retail, tourism, hospitality, civil contracting and vocational education. Jason holds qualifications in Project & Program Management, Human Resources, Leadership and Business Management, Training & Assessment and Risk Management. Jason is the Lead Training Consultant and Program Manager for a number of successful ongoing accredited Leadership Programs at Certificate IV and Diploma levels for Scope’s public and private sector corporate clients. He also conducts Scope’s Perth and Melbourne based public workshops for Project Management training.



Jess leads the Scope team as our General Manager. She is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering health and safety training across industry and working closely with our clients as an OHS consultant on a number of key projects. She is passionate about leading our team in developing and implementing innovative, engaging and flexible training for all students.


Jacinta graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Education - teaching Business, Humanities and English to Perth High School students. In 2016, Jacinta moved into the RTO world developing online Business and IT courses for VET in Schools students.  In 2018, Jacinta joined Scope Training and began developing resources for Procurement and Contracting and Project Management. She now works extensively in online learning development as well as training and assessment. Jacinta has Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Project Management and her Diploma of Business. In her spare time you can find her wrangling her two young children or her dog, Charlie.

Maddi graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Photography and Graphic Design and her claim to fame is a year abroad working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Maddi's return to Australia initially landed with a role in the travel industry and has since joined the Scope Training team to liaise with students and make sure all of our courses run as smoothly as they do. In her spare time Maddi loves camping, watching Friends on repeat and going out to dinners that involve large glasses of red wine.


Kate is our Client Relationship Manager. Although a qualified Secondary School teacher, Kate has spent the past 16 years working with Tupperware Australia/New Zealand – most recently as Regional Sales Manager in Melbourne. Kate has a passion for great customer service and will be liaising with our corporate clients to deliver the best training support for their needs. Kate loves a good crime novel – especially when read on a sun lounge beside a pool.


Pandora is our student support officer. Born in Seychelles, Pandora recently moved from the UK where she studied Leisure and Tourism and worked in the Hotel and Tourism industry. Her move to Australia brought her to our Scope Training team where she handles student enrolments and administration. Pandora loves a good RomCom and dreams of a coastal road trip in a classic convertible.


Glenn has almost 30 years strategic corporate business management experience gained over a broad range of industries and organisational models, in both the private and Government sectors. Glenn holds recognised qualifications and possesses a wealth of hands-on experience in: Corporate Accounting; Strategic Business Management; Project Management and PMO; Change Management; Leadership; System and Process Design; and Financial Modelling and Analysis. He is a strong team builder and facilitator with proven leadership, management and mentoring experience. His passion, professionally, is to help people and organisations realise their true potential. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys all things motor sport and martial arts and is also a frustrated guitarist (the main frustration being…he’s not very good).


Anthony is a Technology Professional with a Master’s of Technology (Business Systems), Bachelor of Applied Management and a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner. He has developed a wide range of skills enabling Anthony to translate business requirements into the information systems life-cycle across a very diverse range of organisations from commercial companies to Federal and State Governments, Defence, Law Enforcement and Vocational Education


Ross is a tertiary qualified and certified project and program manager, business systems analyst and project management educator specialising in PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile methods, business systems and processes, quality practice and change management, with extensive experience delivering a broad range of projects and initiatives in the mining, higher education, health care and not-for-profit sectors.

Jill McCrum is the Director of JEM Training, a Perth based training consultancy specialising in non accredited professional development short courses. Jill has over 20 years experience designing and delivering professional development programs in all industries across all levels. JEM Training is the 2017 winner of the APAC ‘Best Emotional Intelligence Training Specialist” award.

Vinnie Rajaratnam – Training Consultant


Vinnie is a highly motivated and results orientated Consultant, Trainer, Coach & Mentor with progressive leadership skills and a strong productivity focus. Always inspirational and able to offer results driven solutions to complex task, whilst being recognised as a strategic thinker with an accomplished track record in consulting, training & development.

John is an experienced Project Manager working across the construction, and IT industries as well as the business environment. John is highly experienced in high-level management, having held state management and COO roles. He is a proud Scope Training alumni having completed his Diploma of Project Management with us. He is passionate about Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, communication, understanding, and support.

Brett is an accomplished executive leader and non-executive board director with more than 20 years’ experience in people leadership and strategy within telecommunication, managed print, ICT and sport administration. He has a built a reputation for successfully leading teams through significant business challenges and change, and boasts an enviable record of growing organisational engagement and enablement.  Brett holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edith Cowan University, Graduate Diploma of Business (Management), ECU and is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (FIML AIM) and is focused on growing leader competences through coaching and mentoring. In his spare time, Brett is an active tennis commentator, presenting special comments regularly for ABC Grandstand, 91.3 SportFM and is a contributing tennis writer for the Sunday Times Newspaper.
