Project Close out Report Template
A Project Close out Report should be developed and signed by both the delivering and accepting parties once the project has been completed. At a minimum it should include:
- Confirmation of the project’s closure
- Analysis of the project’s performance
- Signature to confirm acceptance (including conditions if applicable) of the deliverable
- Lessons Learnt
There may be parts which the project organisation may wish to keep for internal records only (typically these include the lessons learnt). If removing this page, make sure to update the table of contents.
