Effective contract management is essential in maximising outcomes and ensuring the contracted benefits are realised. In this session we will guide you through an introductory journey exploring the key aspects of what is required to effectively manage a contract.

How you implement your strategy; things like dealing with stakeholders, developing or reviewing a risk plan and confirm approvals and key requirements.
How you monitor and maintain contract performance; essentially how you ensure your supplier is meeting requirements, how you deal with contract variations and communication.
How you complete and review the contract’s performance; confirming client satisfaction, closing out the contract and completing reviews or lessons learned.
The assessment process is practical and you are supported by a consultant.
